67.5 Hazardous Imported Goods
Whereas, Many apparently innocuous articles have been imported into Canada, with disastrous results; and,
Whereas, These articles are mainly wearing apparel and toys, and are sold to women and children, to their detriment; therefore,
RESOLVED, That the National Council of Women of Canada urge the Government of Canada to scrutinize imported goods for sale from a point of inflammability and of possible content of poisonous substance.
