69.3 Control of Stramonium and Other Drugs
Whereas, The indiscriminate use of drugs is a proven health and social problem; and,
Whereas, The legal implications require re-assessment;
Therefore,
RESOLVED, That the National Council of Women of Canada request the Government of Canada to extend its studies and investigations of the use of drugs and to intensify the program of public information and education on the use of drugs, with particular emphasis on younger people.
