With more than three decades of executive leadership across hospitality, consulting, philanthropy, and the charitable sector, I had the privilege of leading organizational transformation, building high-performing teams, and advancing missions that create lasting community impact.

I am an executive leader who connects strategy with humanity, leading with both head and heart. My experience spans executive leadership, coaching, business development, marketing, consulting, and philanthropy, with a consistent focus on building meaningful relationships and community, strengthening organizations, and achieving lasting results.

I thrive at the intersection of innovation, collaboration, and purpose, helping organizations embrace change, diversify thinking, and create sustainable growth. My curiosity continually inspires me to learn, explore new possibilities, and embrace challenges. I am never afraid to step outside my comfort zone because that's where growth, innovation, and lasting results begin.

Cybersecurity research and innovation deeply inspire me, especially in empowering women and underrepresented groups in technology. Mentorship and the empowerment of women to thrive, excel, and lead as their strong, confident selves, finding their voices and making them heard, are at the heart of my core values.

As a lifelong learner, I am currently pursuing the International Coaching Federation (ICF) accreditation as a Certified Professional Coach, a Google Cybersecurity Certification, and Fortinet Network Security Expert (NSE) Certification.

Above all, I believe leadership is about honouring people’s strengths, empowering them to thrive, and creating space for continued growth.
