I am an accomplished and highly knowledgeable health care professional with 24 years of experience as a practicing pharmacist in Canada and abroad.

My experience in the pharmaceutical industry is combined with a wealth of expertise in Regulatory Affairs & Compliance ,Business and Systems Management in Health Care Services. To add on that, my in depth knowledge in pharmaceutical operations and my multifaceted skill-set cultivated through roles with leading retail pharmacy organizations, illustrating the drive, commitment, and breadth of knowledge, highlights my capability in meeting and exceeding budgets, controlling shrinkage, business planning and executing, providing advice based on the interpretation of operating procedures, policies, guidelines, or legislation (acts or regulations) as well as building strong relationship with employer, physicians, customers and team members, with strong focus on professional services as well as customer service. Not only that but also, I have an extensive experience in troubleshooting all pharmacy business related issues and team building.

The foundation of my experience is having a passion to my job as a pharmacist practicing nationally and abroad. By communicating in four languages, having several certifications and being a people person, I have been able to reach out to diverse social groups in several communities, fulfilling my passion to help my patients and making difference in their daily life, while not loosing the focus on meeting and exceeding business's bottom line and always finding creative ways to increase the traffic to the pharmacy/store.

Outside of my work, I enjoy spending quality time with family, attending continuing education sessions, as well as on line studying courses to earn pharmaceutical/business related certificates.
